Reflections

A blend strong enough for the west coast but smooth enough for the north coast. This coffee is 60% dark roast therefore dark chocolate after tones and caramelized sugars dominate the taste profile. The other coffees are roasted to a full-city roast and add smoothness and a lingering coffee aftertaste.

A true European espresso. In Europe espresso blends have a percentage of clean robust - this adds mouth feel and crème to the cup. Our recipe was my Grandfathers in Sicily, it is strong and bold with subtle after tones. (Heavy)

Taylors of Harrogate

Taylors' of Harrogate are an old established family tea merchant with a tradition for quality which goes back over 100 years. Based in the North Yorkshire Dales, where tea drinking is a way of life, Taylors' is dedicated to the pursuit of fine tea and is regarded as one of the United Kingdom's leading tea firms. Taylors of Harrogate was founded in 1886 in Leeds by Charles Taylor who had acquired a wealth of experience whilst he was northern agent for a London tea company. As the company grew, it diversified from a regional wholesaler of teas and coffees, and opened a chain of shops. Enjoy a 'cuppa' today.
