What is Gluten?
Gluten is a special type of protein gliadin and glutenin commonly found in rye, wheat, and barley. You can find gluten in most cereals and breads. Not all grains contain gluten. Rice, Corn, Quinoa are a few.
If you have a gluten allergy, please always read the nutrition/ingredient panel before consuming any product. Gluten Free doesn’t always mean the product was produced in a wheat free/gluten free facility.
