With almost 40 years in the restaurant business, Bill Kolhoff brings an all-around background to WCM. Front-of-house experience at The Boody House and The Hotel Sofitel complements his work as a Chef; opening the kitchens of the legendary Tiffi nanny’s, Maumee Wines, The Vineyard Wine Shop & Café and his own Sam & Andy’s Uptown Café.

Knowledge gained from working for European-trained & Culinary schooleducated Chefs, coupled with extensive immersion in the retail wine trade, gives Chef Bill a unique perspective on utilizing the world of ingredients available at his-and your-fi ngertips, here at Walt Churchill’s Market.
