Herbed Beef And Burger Rub
Gourmet meets grilling with our Herbed Beef and Burger Rub. Bring a burst of flavor to your burgers or wow your guests with simple but fabulous steaks. To save time, try this no-mess method:
  • Place your meat, poultry or veggies in a large plastic baggy with enough rub for each of the ingredients. Close bag and shake. Remove ingredients from bag and you’re ready for the grill.
Herbed Pork And Lamb Rub
This savory herb blend will help create a shepherd’s pie perfect for a cozy night or an impressive pork tenderloin, perfect for your next special occasion. But don’t let the name limit you; this rub is just as good on chicken or fish. You can also try:
  • Sprinkling it on veggies with olive oil and grill or roast until you see spots that are caramelized.
  • Add a couple tablespoons to split pea soup and indulge in a new favorite.
Herbed Poultry Rub
Packaged in a beautiful tin case, our Herbed Poultry Rub is made with between 11 and 13 fresh herbs and spices and includes French sea salt and cracked peppercorns, creating a classic herb chicken taste. But remember, just because it says poultry doesn’t mean that’s all it can do. Here are a few other examples:
  • Add to your favorite stew to round out the comforting favor.
  • Sprinkle on top of baked potatoes or enhance creamy scalloped potatoes.
Mediterranean Medley Herb Rub
Take a journey to the Mediterranean with this rub. Here, rosemary, oregano and garlic take the lead in tempting your tastebuds. Try it with these fun and easy ideas:
  • Combine with olive oil to form a paste you can rub on steaks, chicken or fish before grilling.
  • Create a Greek salad that can please any palate.
  • Sprinkle on french fries to create a fun and simple gourmet side.
Mystic Moroccan Herb Rub
With the spicy flair of dried chilies, the zest of lemon peel and the rich savory flavor of garlic, this rub brings the exotic flavors of Morocco home. This rub is great for experimenting:
  • Create a theme night by serving succulent lamb with cous cous on the side. All complemented by our rub of course.
  • Use a Greek-style yogurt to quickly whip up a fabulous dip.

Napa Valley Meritage Herb Rub
Perhaps one of the more indulgent rubs in our collection, this rub was inspired by Napa Valley itself and everything this region has to offer. Loaded with fragrant lavender and rosemary, this gorgeous rub is ideal for flavoring lamb, chicken, salmon or beef. But that’s not all:
  • Rub over fresh salmon a few hours before grilling to let the flavors sink in. Place a fresh sprig of rosemary on top for presentation.
  • Add our rub and goat cheese to your scrambled eggs for an unforgettable gourmet breakfast.
Apple Chipotle Glaze
With the flavor of sweet, crisp apples and smoky chipotle chiles, this delightful glaze has the perfect combination of flavors. Try it with pork chops and tenderloin or any type of poultry – including Cornish game hens.
  • Spread on sandwiches instead of mayonnaise for a hint of spice.
  • For a Southwest twist on an old favorite, make a turkey meatloaf with onions, red and green bell pepper and corn. Spoon the glaze over the top at the end of cooking, then drizzle additional glaze over each slice before serving.
Apricot Rosemary Glaze
We think it is a winner but you be the judge. The subtle flavors of apricot combined with Rosemary are just delightful. This one you want to apply in the last five minutes of roasting or grilling with you heat turned down. Please do not marinate with this, as all the natural sugar from the apricots will cause this to burn. Perfect on chicken, turkey, Cornish game hens, pork and lamb, halibut or sea bass. Also great brushed on corn on the cob or grilled asparagus.
Baja with Chiles & Lime Marinade & Dipping Sauce
Close your eyes and you’ll swear you’re in a Cancun taqueria with this South of the Border combination of spicy chiles, fresh-squeezed lime and aromatic cilantro. This gourmet marinade and dipping sauce is versatile enough to use for any meat: seafood, pork, chicken – even steak:
  • Grill marinated halibut, sea bass or swordfish. Fold into corn tortillas with sliced avocado, salsa or a little more marinade. Top with onions, cilantro, cheese and shredded cabbage.
  • Dip shrimp, scallops, or any type of meat skewers into a small bowl of marinade
  • Try it in your favorite ceviche recipe.
Barbecue Sauce With Maple & Horseradish
Sweet maple syrup and spicy horseradish give this all-purpose barbecue sauce a delightful contrast and complexity. Use it with anything you grill, or try one of these great meal ideas:
  • Mix with your favorite sloppy joe or baked bean recipe.
  • Brush on chicken sandwiches and burgers for a sweet-hot treat.
  • Pour over a pork roast in the morning and cook in a crock pot all day for moist meat that falls off the bone. Serve on soft buns for a pulled pork sandwich that truly satisfies.
Classic Barbecue Sauce with Balsamic
Traditional barbecue sauce meets tangy Italian balsamic vinegar in this innovative, gourmet twist on a classic condiment. You’ll fall in love with the honey-sweet flavors and bright, acidic undertones of this versatile sauce.
  • Brush it on while grilling chicken sandwiches, burgers and steaks.
  • Add to sloppy joes or baked beans for extra flavor.
  • Place in a crock pot with a rack of ribs in the morning and come home to a cozy, great-smelling meal.
Herb Marinade With Merlot
Chunky garlic, garden-fresh herbs and lots of decadent merlot make this marinade a fabulous addition to homemade dinners. Try it with beef, lamb or pork – the longer you marinate, the more robust the flavors will become.
  • Marinate a leg of lamb for a couple of days, turning over twice daily. Bake or grill it to 145 degrees for medium rare, then let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Serve sliced with roasted baby vegetables and new potatoes for a rave-worthy feast.
Korean Soy Ginger Marinade
This marinade was nominated by the Buyer's Circle of the NASFT for the Outstanding New Product of 2001. Perfect for steaks, chicken and fish, this marinade includes all of those Asian flavors that we love: ginger, soy, and sesame. Just marinate for as little as ten minutes or longer if you have time. Then grill or roast. Also use it for stir frying or tossing with rice. Aso!
Shanghai Tangerine Sesame Marinade & Dipping Sauce
Straight from the heart of China’s most bustling city, this delightful marinade serves double-duty, making a great dipping sauce as well. Packed with sweet tangerine and roasted sesame oil flavors, you’ll love the Asian kick it adds to any dish.
  • Use to marinate steaks, poultry or pork. Simply grill or roast and serve.
  • Dip wontons, spring rolls or pot stickers in small bowls of warm marinade.
  • Toss with rice noodles or jasmine rice. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts or cashews, green onions, cooked meat and veggies.
Thai Basil Marinade
Light and fresh-tasting, with barely a hint of lime, our Thai Basil Marinade brings out the soul of Southeast Asian cooking. Make the most of its unique sweet and tangy flavor by using it on seafood, chicken and pork. Try one of these dinner ideas for a restaurant-worthy meal in minutes:
  • Marinate scallops or shrimp, then skewer your seafood with fresh chunks of pineapple, green onions and tomatoes. Brush with sauce while grilling.
  • Serve any marinated meat with jasmine rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro or cashews
Yucatan with Chiles & Citrus Marinade & Dipping Sauce
Three types of roasted chiles meld with the enticing flavor of fresh citrus in this one-of-a-kind marinade and dipping sauce. Subtly spicy yet complex, it’s the perfect way to bring gourmet to any meal, from huevos rancheros to burritos.
  • For no-stress enchiladas, heat corn tortillas and top with your favorite shredded cheeses. Roll and place them in a marinade-coated baking dish, then top with more sauce, cheese and green onions. Cover with foil and bake.
  • To make simple meals more flavorful, just marinate chicken, pork or beef and cook as usual.
Spicy Catch Up with Red Bell Pepper
Filled with smokiness from red peppers, brightness from tomatoes and tang from red wine; this is not your ordinary Catch-Up! The complex flavors are great with grilled standards and are elegant enough to use alongside a steak and a glass of your favorite Napa Valley red wine
Classic Steak Sauce With Peaches
Naturally sweet and brimming with flavor, this tasty sauce is infused with just-off-the-tree peaches. Use it on steaks, chicken or fish fresh off the grill, or add it to one of these delicious dishes:
  • Add it to uncooked meatloaf for a deliciously moist dinner.
  • Mix with a dab of sour cream for a baked potato brimming with flavor.
  • Blend with cream cheese for a sweet and tangy veggie dip.
  • Make a fresh and easy salad with sliced tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Top with a drizzle of steak sauce and a dash of sea salt.
Classic Dipping Oil
Our version of an old classic. We’ve combined extra-virgin olive oil with balsamic vinegar to create the traditional taste everyone knows and loves. Of course we like to use it for more than just a dipping oil:
  • Drizzle onto any salad for a simple, healthy dressing that’s full of flavor.
  • An excellent choice for sautéing, stir frying or pan roasting.
Garden Herb Dipping Oil
This oil is a real time saver because all the delicious herbs you would need for cooking are already mixed in. Ideal with oven-fresh crusty bread or use to whip up an easy meal:
  • Baste over kabobs before grilling.
  • Use in a pasta primavera and celebrate the taste of a summer garden all year long.
Garlic Parmesan Dipping Oil
This garlic infused dipping oil is great for dipping bread, tossing with pasta, drizzling on baked potatoes, pizza and roasted or grilled veggies. It's great to use when recipes call for oil and you want to add flavor.
  • Try adding a bit of this oil when stir frying or pan roasting your favorite meats and veggies.
  • When poured over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, the oil adds great flavor. Garnish this dish with a little basil and serve as a simple but tasty Italian appetizer.
Blackberry With Pear Balsamic Vinegar
You can go from simple to complex with this multi-use balsamic. The combination of aged Italian balsamic vinegar with fruit is so divine you’ll want to use it in everything. Here’s a few ideas to get you hooked:
  • Serve with a sprinkle of sugar over fresh-picked berries for a guilt-free dessert.
  • Mixed with olive oil, it’s a perfect complement to a salad loaded with gorgonzola and cranberries.

Fig With Date Balsamic Vinegar

This sweet and tangy jewel is perfect by itself or mix it with a little olive oil and garlic for a more decadent dipping oil. Also great on salads or entrees like duck and lamb.

  • Take a new spin on kebabs by using lamb and apricots. Spread our Fig Balsamic with Dates over kebab before grilling.
Raspberry With Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
This crisp tasting balsamic combines vinegar with tangy ripe raspberries and a zesty lemon twist. This elegant pantry staple can be used in either savory or sweet dishes:
  • Treat your honey to a romantic dinner of balsamic glazed chicken garnished with fresh raspberries.
  • Impress guests with a gourmet cheese plate served with our Raspberry Balsamic with Lemon on the side for drizzling or dipping.
Artichoke with Parmesan Tapenade
Inspired by the flavors in our own back yard, we’ve combined artichokes, chiles and citrus with parmesan for richness to create a condiment spread that can be eaten right out of the jar with crostini. It provides a creamy base for a multitude of appetizers:
  • spread on pizza and top with black olives and feta
  • serve as a dip for a hummus style platter with baked pita chips and fresh vegetables
  • serve on mini lamb burgers with a topping of crumbled feta
Fig And Roasted Shallot Tapenade
This truly unique tapenade is a Mediterranean delight. With a hint of sweetness, it’s the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken or pork. You could even try it in place of cranberries with your holiday turkey. Here are some more of our favorite ideas:
  • Hold the mayo on your turkey sandwich, spread our tapenade on the bread instead.
  • For a really different pizza use in place of tomato sauce and add fresh spinach, onions and goat cheese
Mediterranean Tapenade with Capers
Boasting a rich, bold flavor, this tapenade celebrates the diverse taste of the Mediterranean. Kalamata olives, capers and roasted red bell peppers are infused with a Merlot wine to round out this exotic temptation. Get creative:
  • Makes a perfect topping for pizza crust. Finish with feta or goat cheese.
  • Spread on a baquette, add feta or goat cheese and toss under the broiler until the cheese melts for a quick and healthy snack.
Roasted Corn And Red Pepper Savory Condiment
We’re bringing the southwest to Napa Valley with this unique spread. The smoky quality of roasted corn with the kick of red bell peppers enhances any dish from burritos to nachos:
  • Make Huevos Rancheros Made In Napa Valley Style – top your eggs with this condiment and serve with a corn tortilla.
  • Use in place of salsa for nachos or tacos.
Roasted Portobella Tapenade
Open the Cabernet, put a good steak on the grill and have some aged blue cheese ready to go and you have the makings for a memorable steak house classic grilled filet topped with mushrooms and blue cheese. In addition to being a very easy and flavorful appetizer served with flatbreads or crostini, you can also turn it into a rich risotto for an elegant entree, or a delicious, casual weekday pasta supper. Spoon onto fresh portobella mushroom caps, top with bread crumbs and grated cheese and bake for a vegetarian menu with something a little different but with plenty of flavor.
Roasted Tomato With Balsamic Savory Condiment
Enjoy the warm, earthy taste of roasted tomatoes any time with this savory condiment. The delectable combination of tomatoes and balsamic can turn any entrée into an Italian feast:
  • Serve as a warm dip for roasted veggies as a healthy snack.
  • Spread on top of your next veggie omelet to round out the taste.
Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade With Balsamic & Garlic
So good it can be eaten straight from the jar like a salsa, this tapenade can be used in so many ways. Its vibrant tomato flavor is highlighted by tangy balsamic and fresh garlic. Create a delicious and healthy meal in a snap:
  • Spread atop a grilled tuna burger in place of ketchup.
  • Try it on a pizza made with goat cheese and fresh basil.
Tropical Fruit Salsa with Chiles & Cilantro
We love a little sweet with a little heat, just like the tropics. Here in Napa when the temps hit 90 and above, there is nothing like an alfresco meal of grilled chicken or fish topped with Tropical Fruit Salsa over a bed of mixed greens served with a chilled glass of a dry riesling—nirvana! For other tropical-inspired dishes we suggest:
  • grilled fish tacos with thinly sliced red onion and a dollop of salsa
  • creamy vanilla ice cream with a topping of salsa and fresh toasted coconut
  • shrimp, black bean and rice salad dressed with a little salsa and lime juice
Artichoke Fennel With Chardonnay Savory Sauce

  • Use as a soup base and add your favorite veggies for a quick and easy vegetable soup.
  • Smother beef or turkey meat loaf with this sauce for a unique twist on an old favorite.
Eggplant Rosemary With Merlot Savory Sauce
This savory sauce tastes like a bolognese sauce but has no meat. Full of thick, chunky and fabulous flavor, you may be surprised to find that eggplant will become a new favorite! There are so many different uses for this flavorful sauce:
  • Try it tossed with pasta, and also for toppings for pizza or foccacia.
  • Cook down by 1/3 and serve as an accompaniment with steaks, chicken and pork.
  • Dynamite on beef or turkey meat loaf.
  • Spread on sandwiches mixed with a little mayonnaise.
  • For any easy appetizer, take a baguette, slice in half horizontally and place desired amount of savory tomato sauce on each side. Top with feta, goat, white or regular cheddar or even mozzarella. Place under the broiler for a few minutes until cheese melts. Remove and cool for a minute and then slice and serve. Fabulous!
Wild Mushroom With Merlot Savory Sauce
Enjoy the earthy goodness of mushrooms with this Savory Sauce. Chantrels, oysters, morels, wood ears and porcini are all used to create this hearty and chunky mushroom masterpiece. Obviously it makes a wonderful pasta sauce but here’s another way to try it:
  • Add chicken stock and simmer into a beautifully decadent mushroom soup.
Country Dijon with Merlot & Shallots
This delectable mustard is made with whole mustard seeds and gets its fabulous texture from shallots and its richness from Merlot wine. It’s hearty enough to stand up to almost any of your favorite meats. We love it on German Style soft pretzels too. Or try one of these easy options:
  • Spread generously on top of a sausage then add grilled onions and peppers – delicious!
  • Stir into potato salad to give it a richer flavor.
  • Mix into ground beef for burger before grilling for a unique twist to a BBQ standard.

This decadent Dijon-style treat is so good, it won the gold medal at the 2002 Napa Valley Mustard Festival! With a fresh herb blend and a touch of chardonnay, it’s the perfect complement to any meal.
  • Whisk with olive oil, champagne vinegar, fresh garlic, salt and pepper for a fabulous vinaigrette. Chill for an hour and toss with mixed greens, scallions and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Add to potato or pasta salad for a spicy twist to a classic recipe.
  • Smother over chicken, pork tenderloin, chops or any white fish before grilling or roasting for rich flavor without the hassle.

  • Mix with sour cream or creme fraiche and drizzle over roasted or grilled vegetables.
Spicy Apple with Ginger & Cinnamon Mustard
